Recruitment informed by 30+ years in yachting
Cara started out as Deckhand/Stewardess on a 68ft sailboat, then worked in a range of yacht roles, including Cook and Stewardess, before moving ashore into yacht crew recruitment with a highly respected and global reaching crew agency.
She then became Purser on an iconic 75m motor yacht, a position she held for many years, before founding Cara Lees Yacht Crew in 2021. She now brings that experience and knowledge to the recruitment of top-class crew.
