• We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Captain for a full time position to take command of a 35m, private motor yacht, currently located in Italy, with a cruising itinerary across the Mediterranean. This is a great opportunity to lead a professional crew, manage all aspects of yacht operations, and deliver an exceptional onboard experience for the owner, family and guests.

  Ideally starting asap to facilitate a comprehensive handover with the present Captain.

  As Captain, you’ll be responsible for the full management of the vessel— including navigation, itinerary planning, crew leadership, and maintaining the yacht to the highest mechanical and aesthetic standards. You’ll work in close collaboration with the owner to create bespoke cruising experiences, all while upholding the highest standards of safety, comfort, and service.

  We’re looking for a confident and proactive leader with a solid track record commanding yachts of a similar size. In-depth knowledge of Mediterranean cruising, strong technical, engineering and navigational skills, and strong interpersonal abilities are essential. A hands-on, adaptable approach and a guest-focused mindset will be key to your success in this role.

Requirements

500 gt license as minimum

Excellent driving and manoeuvring skills

A good level of IT and use of spreadsheets is required

A strong level of engineering skills and knowledge are essential, any engineering qualifications highly desirable.

Fluent English and ideally Italian or Spanish
