Experienced Captain/Engineer required 

We are seeking an experienced Captain/Engineer for a 37m private motor yacht currently based in Spain, with a cruising itinerary throughout the Mediterranean. In this permanent position, you will take full command of the vessel, overseeing all operations including navigation, itinerary planning, and crew management. Your leadership will ensure the yacht is maintained to the highest standards, both mechanically and aesthetically, while delivering a tailored experience for the owner and guests. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a 500 GT license, excellent driving and maneuvering skills, and a strong background in engineering. Proficiency in IT and spreadsheet usage, along with fluency in English, and ideally Italian or Spanish, are essential. A hands-on approach, adaptability, and a guest-focused mindset will be crucial for success. Immediate availability is preferred to facilitate a seamless transition with the current Captain.
