Seeking a hands-on Female Captain to support the full operation of a private vessel based in Puerto Rico, cruising throughout Puerto Rico and the surrounding islands.

The Captain will be responsible for:

• Trip planning and itinerary management
• Safe navigation and passage execution
• Ongoing maintenance and general care of the vessel
• Provisioning and day-to-day onboard upkeep, including cleaning

This is a practical, all-round role suited to someone who is proactive, organised, and comfortable being fully involved in both operational and day-to-day aspects of the yacht.

Please note: This is a family-oriented programme, so a professional, respectful, and family-friendly approach onboard is essential.

Relevant certification required pertaining to the size of vessel along with some engineering knowledge ideally. 

Spanish language advantageous but not entirely essential.
