Experienced Chief Stewardess Required – New Build | Mediterranean Season 2026

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chief Stewardess to join 37m motor yacht,  a 2025 new build registered in Jersey, for the upcoming Mediterranean season.

The owners and Captain are seeking a motivated and organised Chief Stewardess who can confidently manage the interior, maintain high service standards, and lead a small interior team.

Position Overview

Vessel:37m motor yacht (New Build – 2025)

Cruising Area: Mediterranean

Contract: Seasonal – 1 April 2026 to October 2026

Salary: €4,500 per month

Embarkation: Marina di Pisa, Italy

Home Port: To be confirmed

Current Crew

Captain – Italian

Chef – Italian

2 Deckhands – Italian

Stewardess – Colombian

Ideal Candidate

2–5 years’ experience as Chief Stewardess

Strong English communication skills

Confident managing the interior of a busy yacht programme

Highly organised with excellent guest service standards

Able to lead and support a small interior team
