We are seeking an experienced and dynamic couple to manage three luxury properties in the picturesque landscapes of Scotland, overseeing holiday rentals. This unique opportunity involves a managerial and supervisory role, ensuring the seamless operation of these prestigious properties. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in hospitality management, potentially transitioning from the super yacht industry looking for a long-term position ashore.

Responsibilities:

Property Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of three luxury properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Manage and coordinate a team of existing staff, including housekeeping and maintenance personnel.

Guest Services:

Provide exceptional guest services and be attentive to guest needs.

Utilise excellent communication skills to liaise with guests before, during, and after their stay.

Culinary Skills:

Cooking skills would be of great benefit to offer personalized culinary experiences to guests if required.

Coordinate with local chefs or catering services to enhance the overall guest experience.

Financial Management:

Budget management and financial oversight for property operations.

Implement cost-effective measures without compromising on service quality.

Communication:

Regularly communicate with property owners and report on property performance, guest feedback, and any necessary improvements.

Event Management:

Oversee and coordinate events hosted at the properties, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for guests.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in luxury hospitality or property management.

Strong organisational and managerial skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Culinary skills would be an added advantage.

Ability to manage a diverse team and foster a positive working environment.

Flexibility and adaptability to the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry.

Yacht crew experience is highly advantageous.
