Experienced Head of Housekeeping required for 77m private yacht.

Full time position. Non rotation

Salary tbc but is paid in US dollars.

To join the yacht in Malta sometime in the next 2 weeks.

38 days leave with the option to take further unpaid leave subject to the yachts programme ( it is generally taken in the winter months)

Travel allowance paid after 1 year of employment of $1,500 and is paid as a ‘ ‘lump sum”.

Annual bonus which is usually paid around Christmas/January and equates to 1 month salary approximately.

Annual salary review.

Training fund paid after 1 year of employment $2,500

Working with 2 other Housekeeping Steward/ess

Team of 6 interior in total

British Captain & multinational crew who all get along very well together and have a good camaraderie and often socialise together. Crew bbq’s etc

Captain very much runs the yacht with an ‘open door policy’ and is a well liked and respected Captain with a good history of crew retention.

Excellent crew chef who serves fantastic and healthy food. And to counteract that, there is a gym onboard that the crew have access to when guests aren’t using it.

Please note that this is a dry boat.
