HOUSEKEEPING STEWARD REQUIRED FOR 75M+ PRIVATE YACHT 

We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Steward for a full-time position on a 75m+ private motor yacht.

This is a single season cruising, Mediterranean based private use only yacht and joining a team of 6 in total in the interior. The interior team is comprised of Chief Steward, 2nd Stewardess, Steward,  Lead Housekeeper, 2 housekeeping Stewards. 

Homeport Barcelona April-October, Malta Nov-April for the winter period. 

This is predominantly a housekeeping role but on the odd occasions, may be required for some service duties. 

British Captain and crew of 19 of mixed nationalities.

The yacht is based out of Barcelona from April until late September/October and cruises the western Mediterranean.

Ideally candidates will have already have some yacht and laundry experience and proven longevity in previous employment.

Requirements.

All STCW in date

Valid ENG 1/Seafarers Medical certificate

Food Hygiene Level II 

PDSD will be required

Salary DOE

The Package

Annual salary review

Annual bonus at Owners discretion

38 days per year leave with the option to take further unpaid leave subject to the yacht cruising itinerary.

Flight allowance of $1,500 per year after 1 year of employment.

Training fund of $2,500 available at Captains discretion after 1 year of employment 

There is a gym onboard which crew have access to use.
