Lead Deckhand required for 60m world cruising motor yacht.

We are presently seeking an experienced Deckhand or Lead Deckhand to join the team who are about to embark on an exciting itinerary. Joining the yacht in Malta immediately and embarking on a cruise to the Maldives/Seychelles for Christmas and New Year. Bali, Indonesia and Australia later in 2024.

This is a busy yacht and travels extensively and may have the occasional charter. 

Salary $4,000.00

60 days Paid Leave Per Year

Full Medical Cover

1,500.00$ Flight Allowance after 12 months Service

Training Bursary to apply to after 12 months service.

Applicants must meet the following requirements; 

• 2-5 years Experience
• Excellent References
• Tender Driving Skills
• Longevity
• Positive Attitude
• Team Player
• Yachtmaster advantageous but not essential
• Jetski instructor also advantageous
