We are currently seeking an experienced Stewardess to join our established private yacht program. We are looking for motivated, professional, and team-oriented crew members who will integrate seamlessly into the yacht culture and contribute positively to a high-performing onboard team.

About the Program

This is a world cruising private yacht with a strong emphasis on professionalism, discretion, teamwork, and maintaining exceptionally high standards across all departments. We are seeking individuals who are committed to a long-term yachting career and who take pride in their work both on and off duty.

Candidate Requirements

Essential Experience

• Minimum 2 years of yachting experience
• At least 12 months spent on one vessel over 45m
• Demonstrated longevity and commitment within previous positions
• Strong, verifiable references from Captains and Heads of Department
• Proven track record of professionalism and reliability

Additional Considerations

The successful candidate will possess excellent housekeeping, laundry, and service skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional standards throughout the interior.

Package

• Salary: $3,500 – $4,000 per month
• Salary offered will be dependent on experience, qualifications, and overall skill set
