Yacht Chef

  • Female chef required for a seasonal or permanent position on a yacht based in Sardinia and the Caribbean. 
  • The yacht is 30m and will have 4-5 crew.
  • The chef should have experience working on yachts, be confident in their abilities, and have experience in Michelin- or fine-dining restaurants.
  • Plate presentation is very important, and the chef should be able to provide a fresh, healthy Mediterranean diet using in-season produce. 
  • The chef should also have experience in international cuisines for charter guests (maximum 6 per trip). 
  • A high level of English is required, and the chef must have EU residency or the right to work in the EU. 
  • The position offers a salary of €5500-6000 per month plus tips, 42 days paid annual leave, and paid courses to increase skills and knowledge. 
  • The boat will be in the Caribbean for the winter season for private and charter use.
  • Medical insurance is provided

    As a permanent position, the boat offers 42 days paid annual leave, and paid courses by the boat for the chef to increase her skills and knowledge.

    If the chef would like to take time off from October to December, the chef will be placed on a retainer for the period that is outside of the annual leave provision

    The boat will be in the Caribbean for the winter season for private and charter use.

    The boat offers a one-month salary as a Christmas bonus

    Salary is €5500-6000 per month + tips
