Bosun OOW

Permanent position: Bosun | 75m Private Motor Yacht | World Cruising

Looking for your next challenge on a world cruising yacht? We are seeking an experienced Bosun to join a 75m private motor yacht, ideally as soon as possible joining the yacht in the Pacific. Port of embarkation TBC.

This role would suit a capable, hands-on leader who takes pride in maintaining high deck standards and brings a positive, professional approach to supporting and motivating the deck team.

Key requirements:

• Officer of the Watch (OOW) certificate.
• Proven job continuity and a stable employment history.
• Strong deck operations experience, with the confidence to lead by example.
• Excellent organisation, communication and teamwork.
• B1B2 visa would be highly desirable but not essential.

Package:

• Salary dependent on experience and is paid in U.S D $
• 60 days’ leave.
• Annual flight allowance
• Ideally available to start as soon as possible.
