* Interior team: Chief Stew, 2nd Stew, 3rd Stew

THE ROLE

This is a dynamic position where you’ll take the lead in service during owner trips while also helping mentor and guide the junior stewardess during quieter periods.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Silver service and guest experience

* Housekeeping and wardrobe management

* Inventory management

* Supporting and training the 3rd Stewardess

* Leading service during boss trips

* Assisting across departments when needed

PACKAGE

* Seasonal contract

* Start Date: ASAP / May 2026

* Salary: €3,000–€3,500 DOE

REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum 1 season experience

* Experience onboard 35m+ yachts preferred

* STCW & ENG1 in hand

* Good service skills essential

* Strong English communication

* Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements

* Open to visible tattoos

* Positive, adaptable attitude is key
