We are seeking an experienced and highly polished Chief Stewardess to join a 75m private motor yacht in a 3:3 rotational position.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with lovely owners and supportive Captains who value professionalism, discretion, and a warm, family-style onboard atmosphere while maintaining the highest standards of operation and service.

The ideal candidate will be a strong, service-driven leader and genuine team player who takes pride in nurturing and developing her interior team of 6. A positive, proactive can-do attitude, calm leadership style, and commitment to excellence are essential.

Cruising to the US then Panama Canal, Galapagos into French Polynesia and Indonesia for early 2027

Port of joining tbc but likely Florida

Salary $7,000 per month

SEA contract

Flights paid to and from vessel
